COME LEARN COMPETITIVE BARBECUE TECHNIQUES WITH A SEASONED PITMASTER IN THE HEART OF DC! Learn competitive barbecue techniques for pork spare ribs and chicken. Experience will include demonstration on prep and and discussion on how meats are selected and cooked. Sample smoked ribs, chicken, and sides will be served at end of experience. Location of event is 2 blocks from U Street Metro station near other fabulous restaurants, shops, and bars.
The experience is scheduled to begin at 3:00PM and end at 6:00PM.
