1.) Hooray for Hollywood! - We will take a quick jaunt to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, look for your favorite celebrities hand prints in front of Grauman's Chines Theatre and see the home of The Oscars at the Dobly Theatre. Along the way we will discuss the history of Hollywood.
2.) The Original Farmers Market - Established in 1934 the oldest farmers market in Los Angeles has been providing Angelenos and visitors from across the world fresh local produce and delicious eats. The farmers market is the one tourist destination that locals love just as much. Take your pick from a variety of eateries (Brazalian, Cajun, French, Mexican, Greek, Spanish and Italian). **I love to eat at the market and will always recommend it highly.
3.) Wilshire Boulevard & The Miracle Mile - We will take a scenic cruise down the Miracle Mile and you can enjoy the Art Deco architecture that has helped to put Los Angeles on the map as an architectural hot spot. We will discuss the origins and growth of Los Angeles from an agricultural community to the sprawling mecca it has become.
4.) Beverly Hills & The Sunset Strip - We wake a drive down rodeo drive and head into one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in the U.S. We will discuss the storied history of the area and we we will drive by some of the most iconic and infamous real estate in Los Angeles.
*Should you have a longer layover longer than 6 hours we will take this time to drive on Sunset until we meet the ocean.
