The Granville Island Night photowalk begins at the magical hour of twilight, where Ekaterina will help you capture the rich blue sky and continue with darker night photography. We will explore the vibrant and scenic Granville Island after dark, learning long exposure photography and light trails, light painting, and creative special effects including shallow depth of field. This photowalk tends towards the intermediate level but is also suitable for beginners. A camera with manual settings is required, as well as a tripod. But don’t worry if you’re missing either, because we’re fully stocked! Both are available for rent with advance notice (Camera – $20, Tripod – $10). In addition to a kit (or wide angle lens) we also recommend that you bring a prime lens (50mm f/1.8 or wider), but any lens will work.
If you watched the video then you know I'm Suzanne, but I have a business called Vancouver Photowalks where a few of us take people on photo-tours around Vancouver. We teach you how to use your camera and improve your photography, during either a day or a night photowalk. Personally, I shoot a lot of real estate, events and head shots and I absolutely LOVE PEOPLE! I look forward to meeting you during your trip to Vancouver, you will love it here :) Full profile ⋅ Leave a Review
