Dubbed “The People’s Beach”, Jacob Riis Park opened in 1932 under the direction of politically powerful NYC Parks Commissioner Robert Moses. Today its sand, surf, and seaside recreation areas and famous Art Deco bathhouse are a popular destination for all NYC.

This ride takes us through Brooklyn's Prospect Park, Greenway and Gateway National Park to Jacob Riis Park and Beach.

Enjoy a few hours at the shore and have lunch from any one of the dozen food stands.

Our tours are casual and fun — with a good bit of exercise. Let's Go!

This tour leaves Grand Army Plaza (Brooklyn) every morning at 10:00 am.
