My passion for crepes began when I was a little girl. I would always watched my grand-mother in the kitchen flipping the crepes in the pan. I asked her every single time if I could do it but she said that I had to wait until I was tall enough to reach the pan. So the years passed, I got taller...and my grand-mother passed it on to me. My goal is to make crepes the new dish of California! Everyone should try it, love it, get addicted to it! And please! Always come back to me to try another.
