I also appeared on MasterChef Australia, where I was known for my Spanish tapas, as well as for chopping more fingers than onions in a skills test. I returned to Spain to connect with my roots and spent time tracing my family’s history and translating hand-written recipes, as well as taking the passionate advice on offer from local Catalans about exactly how to prepare fresh cuttlefish.
