My tour will show you spectacular Multnomah Falls. Next we will visit Bonneville Fish Hatchery. After lunch, it's off to Rowena Crest, a farm stand (seasonally), Trillium Lake (seasonally), and Mt Hood for more scenic views and sightseeing around the area, before heading back to Portland.
At Multnomah Falls, take a picture from any one of the many viewpoints! The second highest year-round waterfall in the United States.
Bonneville Fish Hatchery raises 8 million Fall Chinook, 1.2 million Coho, 200,000 Summer Steelhead, and 60,000 Winter Steelhead. While here you will be able to explore the incubation building, and visit Herman the Sturgeon who is 10 feet long and weights 450 pounds!
Lunch will be in the town of Hood River where you will be able to see kite boarders and wind surfers!
After lunch we will visit Rowena Crest which has spectacular views of the Columbia River Gorge.
As we drive to Timberline Lodge we will stop at a farm stand where you can purchase fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
In the summertime we will also stop at Trillium Lake which has one of the most spectacular views of Mt Hood that you will find.
Then we travel to Mt. Hood to Timberline Lodge. At 11,249 feet, the glacier-clad Mt. Hood is Oregon’s tallest peak and the 4th highest in the Cascade Range. Waterfalls, wildlife, wild flowers, trails, Timberline Lodge…the mountain is beloved for its beauty and recreational opportunities.

Excellent tour. Disappointed we didn't see Multnomah due to crowds and no parking, but the other falls were beautiful. Mt. Hood was amazing and our tour guide, Steve, was informative and genial. Wonderful memories!

The tour was great tour guide Steve was knowledgeable. Customer service sucks! They dont give you a telephone number. They charged my credit card twice. I have been writing tobthem one month now and they havent credited my account. Be careful folks in dealing with vayable!

We had a fantastic time on this Mt Hood loop tour. Tom, our guide was brilliant - really fun and helpful - with lots of great anecdotes about the area. You can tell he loves living here and really knew his stuff. The stops we made were all great and we definitely felt we got our money's worth. It's a lot to fit in to a one day tour and if you want time to do some long walks/hiking then I'd look for another tour, but if you just want to spend some time admiring views and soaking in the atmosphere then this is great.
