It would be a mistake to go to Paris and not sample the delicious food! I am here to guide you through Paris’ many gastronomic scenes, introduce you to the best artisans, the most authentic restaurants, and the best addresses I know!
I’m a Paris tour guide, member of the Paris Visitors’ Bureau, but I am also a food blogger, so it stands to reason that I also offer culinary tours.

1) Food Lovers’ Tour & Chocolate/Macarons from Saint-Michel to Saint-Germain
We will start our Food Lovers’ Tour by visiting a typical Parisian market. You will experience the unique atmosphere of these markets held three times per week. A famous cheese maker is set up just across from the market. This will be an opportunity for you to admire and taste a few of the 300 French cheeses in existence (General de Gaulle talked about how impossible it was to “govern a country where there are 246 varieties of cheese”, but an average of 120 different cheeses can be found in cheese shops).
For dessert, we will go and buy chocolates and macarons from the district’s best artisans.

2) From Opéra to Saint-Germain-des-Prés
Paris is synonymous with pastries, chocolate, macarons, cakes… all those little treats that bring us so much pleasure during a day spent walking the streets of the most romantic city in the world, and also those we bring home to our loved ones as gifts.
What could be more pleasant than strolling from shop to shop, browsing around mythical stores, tasting macarons and chocolates while you’re there, and then setting off once again to admire the most famous streets and monuments in Paris before the next treat stop.

We spent a delightful morning with Guillaume venturing into parts of Paris we had never been before. Guillaume shared a good historical perspective of Paris in general and of the neighbors we were visiting, as well as taking us to markets and several of his favorite food shops. Guillaume is friendly and warm and provided a wonderful touring experience for us.

Went with Guillaume on his trip, starting by the metro station. It's a solid tour of the places you'd want to go shopping for food (especially deli) if you lived in the area. There's a fantastic cheese store, great bakeries and specialty markets. He has a connection with some of the store owners, so you get the 15 minute intro and sampling taste (eg. the cheese store one was great!) He'll also tweak and adjust the tour to your interests and wishes, so if you know of something special you'd like to see, bring it up. Ask about the back-alley Armenian restaurant.
