Epicurean Exchange presents an exclusive excursion showcasing the best of our local foods and their producers. We are heading north on Highway 1, just a few miles north of Point Reyes Station, to a hillside overlooking Tomales Bay – the home of the Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company. The Fork, their new education and event center is “a long way from every-day” and where you’ll experience local agriculture first hand, from the field to the plate. Meet the Giacomini family, who have been making farmstead products for more than 50 years. Producing the highest quality milk for their award-winning cheeses is more than just a business strategy; it’s a way of life. They love what they do and believe their products reflect their passion and commitment to excellence.
