London’s history is tied to the Thames, and the history of the Thames is tied to the expanses criss-crossing it. From Caesar to today’s Queen, folks from all walks of life have crossed the River Thames, and now it’s your turn to learn about each crossing’s history, and in turn, the rest of London at large. Walking from South Kensington to Tower Bridge can be quite a trek (approx. 6 hours worth of walking), so I offer a reduced service of only 3 hrs which highlight the best bits of Central London.
Hi there! My name is Jeff, and as you could guess by the spelling of my first name, I'm American. But, despite my first name and my being born and raised in Southern California, I've been a lifelong Anglophile. I came over to London, after graduating with a degree in Economics from the US, to live my dream of living in the most exciting city in the world. I'm currently working in the educational field in London, as I find it really rewarding to work with students in securing a better and brighter future for themselves. I love exploring this city's many history-packed streets, but love sharing what I've found with visitors even more. As for non-London things, I'm an avid cycler, ukulele-player and popcorn baker. Looking forward to sharing all that London has to offer with you! Full profile ⋅ Leave a Review
