1 review

We are going to walk around The Candelaria, which is the historical and cultural heart of Bogotá. We will visit "El chorro de Quevedo" and have a good cup of coffee at one of the most traditional places called Café color Café. After that we are going to the principal square in the city called "Plaza Bolivar". That is surrounded by important buildings as the "Catedral primada de Colombia", Courthouse, the National Capitol, the Ecclesiastical Council house, the archiepiscopal palace and the Mayor building of Bogota. So before ending this beautiful route we are going to eat at one of the most traditional colombian restaurants with diversity of menus as Bandeja paisa, Ajiaco, Tamal, Sancocho or Arepa. We are going to have so much fun walking and breathing Colombia in this beautiful tradicional neighborhood called "La Candelaria".

Includes picking you up at your hotel or hostel and take you on a bus or Taxi if you feel more comfortable to the Candelaria. one Snack as: Oblea or a fruit you see on the street. Cup of coffee. Dinner or lunch at the restaurant.

The tour was great. We walked around the Candelaria for 4 hours and Valentina was great at telling us about telling us about the buildings we visited and history of Bogota and Colombia in general. She also answered our questions about Colombian culture in general and was in general very helpful.
