Why did Bicycling Magazine rank Minneapolis as the nation’s #1 bicycling city? Because we have the country’s largest network of car-free urban trails, flat topography, and a bike network that takes you to the city’s great neighborhoods and along our Chain of Lakes and the Mississippi River. These are just a few of the reasons seeing Minneapolis (and our lovely neighbor St. Paul!) is best experienced on two wheels.
How Do We Get the Bikes?
Getting bikes is super easy with our large bike-sharing system, Nice Ride MN. Longer trips would probably require a bike from a shop, which I can help with. Rental prices not included in tour cost.
I’m a long-time bicyclist who loves showing people all that is wonderful about the Twin Cities. We can do a longer tour of both cities, a shorter tour of just the lakes, or something more unique such as visiting exceptional art galleries, world-crass craft beer taprooms, or suggest some of YOUR interests to me and I’ll make the tour to match it.
