Offbeat Kits

Much like my other tours, I’ve chosen Kitsilano because it is one of Vancouver’s prettiest neighborhoods. It is a trendy area famous for its students, restaurants, beach life, and yoga. You will have lots of time after to explore 4th Avenue for shopping, Kits beach, and Granville Island. But before all that, I want to take you to a hidden side of Kits that you wouldn’t find on your own.

This is very much a breakfast tour, so leave room to try all kinds of goodies like hot Montreal style bagels, Belgian waffles, French pastries, and great coffee shops. A Park with a beautiful vista of the Vancouver skyline and mountains, an abandoned railroad surrounded by community gardens, and a large secret garden that will make you forget you're in the middle of a large city. The tour will end on 4th Avenue, a popular street with interesting shops, boutiques, and restaurants, from where you can also go to the beach, or go explore Granville Island.

**The tour price does not include any food, as I prefer to leave you the freedom to choose what you want to get, as well as flexibility in where we go to eat and drink. Bring $2.75 for a bus ticket if you're meeting us Downtown.

Hi, I’m Jordan, a local Vancouverite and an experienced traveler. When in a foreign city, my favorite thing to do is to explore areas that are “off the beaten path”, and to come across places I could never plan to discover. When in Vancouver, I do the same, and as a result, have discovered some pretty cool places. So in some way, I’ve become an expert in hidden spots around this city. I’ve created my tours in lovely neighborhoods that are generally not visited by tourists, but even more than that, I show you the hidden and offbeat side of these areas that even many Vancouverites don’t know. Each tour is designed to hit the highlights in that area and to follow the most beautiful streets that connect them, with a nice balance between sightseeing and good food. So come join me for an “off the beaten path” experience of Vancouver. Full profile Leave a Review
