What makes Stanford such an enticing place? Walk the central campus with me, a Stanford grad/former employee and past tour guide for some VIP guests. Learn how the school barely survived early tragedies and two earthquakes, how it became a school people aspire to attend, and get a glimpse into the groundbreaking research that’s happening on campus. I love helping people understand this school and what it represents, so come along with me for some insights into how Stanford continually reaches for solutions that will help us all.
Walking tour of the Inner Quad, including the University Church, and surrounding buildings. Itinerary is flexible depending on your interests. For example, some people may be interested in visiting the Museum while others may be more interested in the sports facilities. Note: we cannot access buildings not open to the public, nor can I accept requests to meet particular people.
Please let me know if you have a specific interest when requesting a reservation. I will try to accommodate you, if possible.
Stanford runs in my blood. I was born in the Stanford Hospital while my dad was a Stanford student. I graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in Communication. I worked on campus until my project was transferred to another university. I am one of those people that believes that life is much more interesting if you learn something new every day, so come walk with me and I'll make sure you learn something about Stanford that you didn't know before.
