Come to the King Harbor with me, the biggest fish market in Redondo beach, and learn about the art of fishery and the wonderful fish. Breathe in the fresh sea air and listen to the gentle movement of the water as you experience the hustle and bustle of the market. We will purchase the fish that you would like to eat and then take the fish to your home or mine, and I will either cook for you or we can all cook together! At the end of it all, we'll sit down and have a wonderful meal together, where I'll answer any other questions you might have and give you tips on great food spots in LA.
I am classically French trained, French gourmet Chef. I was born in Paris, France. I immigrated to America when I was young, and at the age of 19 my mother sent me to the French riviera to train and do my apprenticeship. I got to work with some famous chef including Alain Ducasse at the Hotel de Paris Louis XI. I was an instructor at the Cordon Bleu college in Hollywood, and I'm licensed by the state of California to teach culinary arts. My classes are fun, educational, and you will leave with a new understanding on how to cook. I'm friendly, funny, and knowledgeable in the culinary arts.
