I'll be honest, we had already been to Barcelona and had tapas there and I thought I had a pretty good handle on the dishes. Boy, was I wrong! We met David and a new guide in training, Raul, and set off for a great adventure. We fell in love with Triana and the mix of history, food and drink we enjoyed with David. A truly cultural exchange, we discussed everything from spices in the dishes to employment to word origins. All the food was great and David had some super suggestions! We even went back to one the the restaurants later during our trip. I would recommend this tour for the guide's personality, the food and the experience.
