Start from the train Station of Tours, walking to the old part of the city where you will visit the Saint Martin's Cathedral where the Saint died as well the market and the flower 's market (thusdays & saturays) to end up in the very specialist of Touraine delicatessen shop where you will see all the food specialities from the Loire Valley and then stop over for a drink at the "Tourageau" Café bar (one of the place to be seen in Tours before coming to my place where we will have our cookery 's foie gras lesson & testing... before letting you go back ..!
After a a 25 years cooking carreer from a small french countryside hostellerie to the very heart of the British Monarchy's House of Lords at Westminster Palace , i came back to France 6 years ago , enjoying the french way of life (in the Loire Valley) between my cooking consultant business and , and my natural health practice office that i studied in London for 4yrs getting a Naturopathy PhD in 2004.
