From the best Bahn-Mi outside of Cambodia, to the most deliciously, authentic Belgian french-fries on this side of the Atlantic, this NYC-native will take you on a world tour, that sure beats airline food! A day rounded off with my favorite cookie and some cereal-milk flavored soft-serve ice cream, and maybe a selection of sweet and savory steamed buns, from my favorite bakery in Chinatown. Because I've been a lover of food since the Easy Bake Oven when I was 4 years old, I am constantly seeking new, eclectic, places to eat. Food is more to me than just fuel for my body. Food is a way of life, and an ongoing adventure. As an NYC native and Pastry Chef/self-proclaimed foodie, I know all of those hole-in-the-wall, hidden gems that you go back home and tell your friends & family about.
