How about seeing aspects of Paris you probably wouldn't otherwise experience? Grasping how this city is an amazingly packed puzzle of cultures and history.

Deeper Into Paris is an exploration of the City of Lights in the directions that interest you the most. Whether you enjoy arts, architecture, shopping, history or people-watching, we'll create together your specific mix of things to see and do, all the while avoiding major tourist spots.

Really understand Paris, get a glimpse of the wheels and cogs, past and present, behind the pretty scenery.

So, fancy discovering Paris' covered galleries of the 1830s, ancestors of the modern day shopping mall? Feel like seeing more of the Père Lachaise cemetery than Jim Morrison's (highly overrated) grave? Are you traveling with kids and want to include their interests in your visit? Drop me a note!

I'm a French-American who has been living in Paris for 19 years now. I originally moved here to study History at the Sorbonne. I used to interview rock stars for a living, now I freelance as a writer and content manager for startups and websites on both sides of the Atlantic. But showing people around my town is one of my favorite thinks to do! Full profile

What a fabulous day we had with Patrick. We covered our "must see" list and added to it suggestions from Patrick. All of it made for a fun, informative, yes deeper tour than the typical "tour of _ city" like you find with so many of run-of-the-mill companies. Patrick made the City of Lights feel somehow intimate and accessible. I'd highly recommend him as a tour guide and am already deeply jealous if you are his next lucky patron. Patrick was a lovely guide. He gave us a welcoming tour and took the time to customize your walk to our interests. He is an informed and gracious host. We would definitely tour with him again.

My husband and I were so impressed with Patrick tours. He was so intellectual, interesting and great sense of humor. It is obvious he loves his city Paris. His English is perfect and his history knowledge was fascinating. Easy to understand and to enjoy. Patrick went out of his way to make reservations at wonderful restaurants for us and suggestions shopping for for us that was unique. We are so grateful to have found Patrick for our holiday tours. We highly recommend him and give him 50 golden stars. Matthew and heides.

We enjoyed Patrick tour so much we decided to take another tour with Patrick. The second tour was as wonderful as the first. Once again he out did himself with showing a different part of the city. We were sad to see him go. He made us feel like we're friends for years. Thank again for making our trip so great.
