If biking is not for you, Paris is definitely a city where you can wander and walk all day, pausing in shops and cafés. Here are some tips on how to stay in shape in Paris.

Walking Routes

Start in Bastille and make your way to Chatelet, get lost in the Marais. Stop at Hotel de Ville and take in the scenery. Once you have made your way back to Châtelet, walk on Rue de Rivoli until you get to Louvre-Rivoli (stop in?), and then keep going to Les Jardins du Palais Royale.

Not far away is the super chic rue St. Honoré and the rue du Faubourg St-Honoré, which will lead you to the Opéra. It has been a long day of walking and you can finish it in the very Parisian rue du Marché St-Honoré.
