Born and raised in the New York City metropolitan area by a French-Canadian mother, and Arabic father, Chris has been raised to embrace diverse cultures and learn as much as possible about them. His knowledge of NYC dates to the 1970's when his family traveled to the Arabic restaurants in downtown Brooklyn or checked the street scenes on MacDougal Street and Washington Square Park in the West Village. From these experiences, Chris developed his love of exploring the ever-changing urban landscape of New York City.
Since 1994, he has resided in Astoria, Queens working by day as a secretary and composing music for a variety of venues in Manhattan. He is also a classical pianist and amateur photographer.
