This was a fun evening! Being able to prepare our own appetizers, paella and dessert made it even more enjoyable than just having paella in a restaurant. We learned loads of new tricks and the chef was able to work with all levels of ability in the kitchen. We learnt some new culinary skills and had a really fun evening, meeting new people and trying new dishes. And the wine was delicious ;-)
My friend and I were the only two people on our walking tour of Greenwich and we had a fantastic afternoon with Garry. It really was like being shown round the neighbourhood by an old friend! The mix of history, architecture, gossip, pop quizzes and, of course, the food made us forget the cold and instead we laughed our way round the village. The food was fantastic - our stops included the best hot chocolate I've ever had, amazing mozzarella, the freshest cannoli. By the end of it we had to beg Garry not to give us more food and neither of us have small appetites. I would highly recommend this tour and I will certainly be doing other tours that he offers next time I'm in NY.
I really enjoyed the interesting, amusing, informative manner in which the history of the area was put over by Victoria. Loved the history of the houseboats and communities that live there and "Sitting on the dock of the Bay."
Managing schedules by email with Kirsty was very easy and simple. I had a small problem with the time she originally proposed in her reservation and she was totally adaptable. Then, the Skyrunning Barcelona experience was with her husband, Amir. Everything was perfect with him. He was on time, charming, open and very interested in knowing more details about the city's present and past.
