I am classically French trained, French gourmet Chef. I was born in Paris, France. I immigrated to America when I was young, and at the age of 19 my mother sent me to the French riviera to train and do my apprenticeship. I got to work with some famous chef including Alain Ducasse at the Hotel de Paris Louis XI. I was an instructor at the Cordon Bleu college in Hollywood, and I'm licensed by the state of California to teach culinary arts. My classes are fun, educational, and you will leave with a new understanding on how to cook. I'm friendly, funny, and knowledgeable in the culinary arts.
