As a New Yorker I love playing tennis in Central Park. It is one of the most beautiful places to play in Manhattan. 26 clay (Har-Tru) courts surrounded by trees, and next to the magical Central Park reservoir–an idyllic place in the heart of Manhattan. I’ve played on these historic courts since high-school when my tennis teammates and I practiced there after school.
Over the years I've played in many U.S. and European cities–San Francisco, Santa Fe, Miami Beach, Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Paris, London, Prague and Bilbao. But from May to November I play at the Central Park Tennis Center. It is always a enjoyable playing with someone who knows the local tennis scene. So if you are a player visiting New York I can offer you a memorable experience–an hour of tennis in Central Park. We can play a set, or just hit: it's up to you!
