Because I've been a lover of food since the Easy Bake Oven when I was 4 years old, I am constantly seeking new, eclectic, places to eat. Food is more to me than just fuel for my body. Food is a way of life, and an ongoing adventure.
As an NYC native and Pastry Chef/self-proclaimed foodie, I know all of those hole-in-the-wall, hidden gems that you go back home and tell your friends & family about. Anyone can go to Times Square and eat at Applebee's. It's up to you to break the cycle, and branch out where no tourist has gone before!
