I am a Japanese chef, a host of Mayu’s Kitchen in Paris, a food analyst & a vegetable nutritionist. As a food nomad, I was born in Japan, then, moved to many countries, US, Canada, Mexico, UK, and now France since I graduated from Le Cordon Blue in Paris. I has been developing my French-Japanese cooking and wine- Japanese sake knowledge for many years with my international background & experiences in restaurants, Ministries of Foreign Affaire & Kyoto's oldest Japanese sake chateau .
“Mayu’s Kitchen in Paris” is held in multi languages, English, French, Spanish and Japanese. With my passion, I also teaches cooking and food culture to food-lovers with fresh ingredients from Paris markets and Bio-farmers.
