Pedro P. for Play Skeeball With the Champ

I had the pleasure to meet Joey, US Champion of Skeeball, and learn the tricks from the best one out there. Joey is not only a great skeeballer, but also a really fun guy who is very knowledgeable about San Francisco and its hidden spots. I definitely recommend you to meet Joey and have an amazing time. You will not regret it!

I have lived in San Francisco for a number of years, but this tour made me realize that you should never stop exploring your own city; there is always a new venue you didn't know, or a corner you never realized existed, or an unexpected local character who will put a smile on your face. Garry is an amazing photographer and he is especially talented at taking portraits. I learned on this tour that knowing how to use your camera is just half the job. What is critical, and often underestimated, is knowing how to connect with people and make them feel comfortable enough to get that picture that will reveal their soul to the camera. I can't think of a better name for this experience than "Photographing the Souls of San Francisco". I recommend anybody to take this tour, not just people visiting the city, but also people born and raised here. And don't forget to bring your cameras!

Pedro P. for Invitation to the Mansion

It is hard not to fall in love with the people living in this house. Whether you are looking to meet some cool people or just enjoy a "piscola", Tomas, Felipe, Sebastian and Jose will definitely make you feel like a local. Make sure you don't have to wake up early next morning, because you are in for a night to remember.

Pedro P. for Stand Up Comedy Experience

Dash showed me and my friends an amazing time in a world unknown to me. It was the first time for me going to a stand-up comedy show. The venue was really cool, very intimate and packed. The show was dynamic, with many comedians doing their show, and Dash as the headliner. They were all incredibly funny (I haven't laughed so much in a long time) After the show, me, my friends, Dash, and all the comedians that were on that night went to a really cool bar at North Beach. It was great to hear them interact, talking about their routine that night, what worked, what didn't work, etc. I also got to ask them all the questions I had about getting started in the stand-up comedy world. Who knows, maybe one day I will give it a try (there are so many open-mic venues in SF)! Great experience! Looking forward on going to more stand-up comedy shows!

Yesterday was my first tour, booked by a Pedro in San Fransisco for his sister Anotonia & her friend, Angelica (both from Chile) for Antonia's birthday. Needless to say we had a blast. Antonia got so many renditions of "Happy Birthday" sung to her in so many different musica styles, accompanied by a bevy of different instruments, by so many different buskers, that I'm pretty sure Antonia will never forget the adventure. We traversed East to West & I'd lined up my most favourte buskers to play, sing & chat with her along the way. Both Antonia & Angelica were fabulous 'shadow buskers' - curious, open minded & eager to inquire about the life underground NYC to every busker we encountered. A+++ for Underground Adventures !
