My name is Belén. I come from Argentina where I lived my life until 4 years ago. Back in Buenos Aires I studied International Relations, but deep down always knowing that my “thing” was really the kitchen. I’ve always loved baking. Since I can remember I was cutting out recipes from the newspaper or magazines!! But it was only in 2011 that I decided to pursue my passion for baking and cooking. I came to study "Patisserie et Cuisine" in Paris. What was first a 9 month plan became 4 and half years, and still counting… I did one school (Ecole Lenôtre), then another (Le Cordon Bleu), then I fell in love :). And here I am.
Other than baking and cooking all the time, I love skiing!! I’ve been doing it ever since a was a little girl, and I must say, other than cooking, being on the mountain ready to ski down is my happy place. I also love to read, play and watch tennis (big fan!), spend time with my loved ones, amongst other things.
